WF EVENT deactivate after creating RFQ

Hi, Experts.

I have a trouble with WorkFlow EVENT.

When creating RFQ, WorkFlow EVENT for purchase request(BUS2012) deactivate.

Could anyone help me to solve the problem?

Hi,

it is deactivated since these are the basic settings for feedback upon error between Event-->Workflow linkage.

I think you just have to check the binding if it is correct.

You can also check SWEQADM, tab linkages with error, or activate the event log, do your stuff again and see what is wrong with the event parameters.

Hi,

Try to make sure that the entry in SWE2 is maintained. and make sure after event linkage is maintained in SWE2 transaction refresh org assigment and refresh biffer from txn SWU_OBUF click SHIFT + F1

You can refresh org assignment from SBWP transaction

SBWP---> On Menu Click Settings ---> Wrorfklow settings ---> Refresh Organisational assignement

I think there is something more you need to configure the system for custom workflow Please check this
