Where can I find the Postal Code and City mapping for customer master?

Can anyone provide me a tcode or table.

Use t.code XD02 ->General data button ->address tab. Here you can see the postal code/city fields. The relevant table is KNA1, which you can use in t.code SE16 to see the address details of a customer.

I'm trying to create new customer, the postal code and city field was automatically populated, I want to know where can I find the list of Postal Code and City.

You can achieve this using the BAS (Business Address Services)/Regional Structure feature of SAP.

1. Set City File Active for your specific countries in SPRO -> SAP WAS -> General settings -> Set Country Specific Checks

2. Maintain City/Street/ZIP codes using tcodes SR11/SR21/SR31
