Hello all,
We are facing a interesting issue in CRM UI with a group of users. When they access account information, they get a blank screen, where everyone else gets account information. As part of my troubleshooting, I created a test ID by coping one of the users facing the issue, and re-ran the steps that produced the issue. The funny thing is that the copied ID does not have the same issues; I'm able to see data.
I suspect this is a functional issue and not a security issue, but to put the question to rest I wanted to conduct a security trace (similar like with ST01) in order analyze the issue further. However, I've never worked with CRM UI, or any SAP Web UI for that matter, so I'm not sure how to go about doing this.
Any suggestions?

Problem solved, the user was playing with his "personalization" parameters and blocked himself from seeing anything. After reseting the paramets to default and saving, things started working as expected.
