Resume Downloads

Hi everyone,

I was trying to download the EP 6.0 SP4 Sneak Preview to train for certification. But for my surprise, one of the downloads was corrupted. I think it didn's finish correctly, because the zip archive had less size than the one on the FTP.

My suggestion is that the FTP server would enable us to resume broken downloads. Because if this was enabled, I would have to download just about 10 MB instead of the 311 MB and the hours I am waiting right now.
