AR02 : Asset History Sheet.

Hi SAP Gurus,

The current AR02 report picks up the values for the F.Y Jan to Dec and we want a custom report to display the AR02 values for July to June.

Here the dates should just be different and the opening balance should therefore start 1st July and the year-end figure should be 30 june. So let me know or share the logic to be implemented on this report how the values will pick up or calculation to bring in last years figures for 6 months and the 6 months figures for this year with view all the acquisitions posted for the period 1 July to 30 June as an example, as opposed to 1 Jan to 31 December.

Hi

History sheets can be run for any period in all open Fiscal Years

They can be run only as on end date of the Fiscal years for all Closed and Future years

If you want to be able to execute history sheets as on any date for CLosed and Future years - Implement Note 1433686

Actually here we want report last year 6months and this year 6 months, it means these periods are not closed. I have checked SAP note that you provided and its relates to Message N0 : AU 172 but we are getting message AU 115 report date is invalid for this report. Can you please share further. We are in 604 version.

In OARP reports of asset accounting some of the assets were appearing in the report asset history sheet(RAGITT_A) but the same were not appearing in the report u201CAsset acquisitionsu201D( RAZUGA_A)
