how to make use of the standard operation?

Dear all,

I'm trying to create my own iView which contain a set of action buttons to do the work in KM. In the action button, I am trying to make them perform / redirect to the standard functions like "Upload file", "Create New Folder", "Edit Locally". How can I do this? Is there any standard java class can generate the link for those function?
