Process Chain Email Messages without the technical info

HI Folks,

I sent out messages at the end of process chains to notify to end-user that data is refreshed and that they can run reports. Somehow in the email all the info of the process chain (at what process the success message is attached, log entries etc.) is included. Can I get rid of this somehow? Is there a setting? I would like to have only the message boday . Load XY successful finished you can run reports now.

Hi,

Unfortunately there is no method to eliminate this information from being provided in mails. So better ask the users to ignore the messages.

In case you still want to have the mail with only some intended subject, write a ABAP program using FM SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_SEND_API1 to send the mails and add it at the last step of the process chain.
