Deploy SCA Files

Hi masters.

I am following a sap note and I just need to know how can I deploy a SCA file in sap netweaver 7.0, do I have to use NWDS to deploy it ?

SAP NOTE: Please download and deploy the attached WebDynproCoreComponentsNW04s.sda

ps. I have already downloaded this file.
