BW HCM Extraction fails ands leaves lock entries that prevent payroll runs

Hello,

We have a process chain that, among other things, extracts from DS 0HR_PT_2. This process chain is being interrupted at this step and we are looking into it. What i don't get, is why the payroll people say they can't run payroll because a few employees are locked by user ALEREMOTE (our ERP bw user). Is there a configuration we can apply to the DataSource/InfoPackage to prevent this when an error occurs?

Hi,

we are experiencing the same issue.

We have several more problems, both 0HR_PT_2 and 0HR_PT_3 have terrible performance, delta is not working (or I cannot find out how) etc.

Did you have any success so far?
