Xcelsius error,Transport Error, Communication Failure

Hi,

When I try to save Xcelsius data to the BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 3.1 Server; receives 'Transport Error: Communication Failure' error message. Not able to save Xcelsius dashboards.

So sap has suggested note number 1288787, but I donu2019t know how to do the following configurations .

u201CTo recover from these kinds of issues Business objects have made the enterprise application to work with firewalls in the system by binding the servers to specific ports.

We need to apply the command line switch -requestport <port no> on the input file repository server, and if needed on the Central Management Server as well.

To do that we need to stop the respective server from Central Configuration Manager and add the command line switch: -requestport <port no>u201D

Please help

Regards
