-Ve TIme :annual leave increase everyday

Dear all, I have issue regarding annual leave using -ve time

-All the staff wil get leave entitlement 15 days in first year join company

- Any staff join in the middle of year will get 15 days as well and we will do the data correction(it 2013)

-In second year the leave entitlement will increase to 20 days.

-Start date and end date based on calendar year.

-in infotype 41, we key-in anniversary date fields as date of join company.

However when I run RPTIME00 it will increase 15 days every day. So at then end of the year the total

will be 1 thousand something.

The config date of accrual period is based on anniversary date.

Can I know what's wrong with the config

Seem to me you have configured V_T559l table wrongly.

The accrual period should be Calendar year in your case in both base entitlement and selection rule table. Please check V_T559L table configuration and change it accordingly.

You need to give counter through cumulation time type if it is once in a life time in your PCR once quota is generated for the employee.

In your case everyday it is getting date and calculating 15 days.

    Rgds,
