XI 3.0 Mail Adapter -> Input data type to use

Hi,

Can anyone explain what is the structure of the data type expected by the XI 3.0 Mail Adapter ?

I have a source data type from a flat file and wish to send an e-mail of the flat file detail via the XI 3.0 Mail Adapter to the user. However, the documentation does not explain to this level so it is not possible to work out what the structure is. Without this, I cannot complete the mapping required from the flat file.

Can anyone help ?

Kind regards

Colin 😊

This is now fixed. I understand that you can have anything as your input data type. On the receiver channel you set XIALL and this puts all the contents of the message into the e-mail message text.
