In SSP Portal, unable to download the report to Excel file. Is the issue is with Portal or any technical error.

An applet is trying to get file information, Do you agree?

Reason given in SAP note:

This error arises only, if the Sun VM for java is used.

To be sure, that the files up- or downloaded are coming from the ITS a

security check against the source is made.

For the issue, sap has refered a note 791756 to install the patch level 15 for SAP ITS 620, but where into SAPITS 640 patch level 21.

So please guide me further to fix the issue and how to check the patch components have been installed or not.

Implement SAP note 742197, publish the WEBGUI internet service and perform a new test.
