Invoice Smartform Tax Percentage conversion from 175.000 to 18%

Hi Gurus,

I appreciate your help on the below please;

In Invoice smartform the Tax percentage is printed as the variable &GS_IT_KOND_W-KBETR(C<.0)'%'&;

The value of the above variable just before print is 175.000

GS_IT_KOND_W-KBETR = 175.000

But when it prints it shows as 18% which is right; but I have no idea how this conversion works inside smartform and defined in smartform;
