Reconstruct PS Info Database

Dear All,

Please help. my project wants me to rebuild PS info data base to remove old closed PM orders assigned to projects still shown in cost report.

I tried running CJEN but w/o any result.

I saw many other threads and guessed there may be some problem with value Category assignment with Cost elements. But how to go forward? Is there any wrong selection for CJEN? I am giving PM order Number and executing when it says "No objects were selected using the selection criteria"

If there is problem in value category assignment how to remove that?

Hi,

CJEN doesn't remove old PM orders. CJEN only rebuild the total tables for PS like RPSCO based on source line items. For help, give more details about the real problem that you facing ? Remember that PM orders are assigned to WBS via account assignment in the object source.

Hi Gilson,

It worked with a combination of PM orders and also Project definition in the input field of CJEN. The value categories also had to be configured.
