lot creation after confirmation

In my in house production having with three operation

010 in house operation

020 external operation

030 in house final

i want to create a inspection lot after confirming second operation how to handle this scenario

if I go for 03 type inspection type it is creating with production order itself just I want to know is it possible to create after confirmation

With this external operation confirmation there is no gr is happening same material is going and same material only coming inside, with some work on the material

pls advice me

Not possible in SAP standard for creation an inspection lot automatically when order confirmed if there is no GR.

You can check process for an inspection lot creation manually at transaction QA01.

Operation wise creation of inspection lot is not possible that too for 03 inspection type.
