In ME2L transaction, Still to be delivered Qty showing after Short Closed

Hi,

We have a PO with 50 qty pending, which is showing in ME2L transaction. Now we want to short close this PO.

Through ME22N transaction, we has short closed this PO.

But till now, in ME2L Still to be delivered qty showing 50. How can we see the Open PO list now...

HI,

If you have a PO for 50 Qtys, of which 25 you have already received then short close it by changing the qty to 25 & mark the delivery completion indicator in item details. so that this PO wont appear in ME2L

Hi,

Changing the PO qty is not the courage way to do the short close.Since the PO is the legal document.

Pls correct me if I am wrong.

How do you short close p.o ?

Goto line item details.

In Delivery tab, select the checkbox of "Delivery Completed" Indicator and Save.

After that see in ME2L...

Short closing means.IF u have created PO for 50 pieces.If u have received 25,then goto PO make the qty as 25 & save.

Then come & see the in ME2L it will show pending as ZERO

Hi Anil,

How u have short closed PO.

Select PO Line items and click on Lock symbol for blocking.

then execute ME2L transaction, so that you can see "To be Del. Qty." as Zero
