Control field display setting by user exit or BAdI

Hi MM Experts,

In the config setting of Account Assignment Categories (OME9), we set the field label "Cost Center" as Display only. However, we want the field to be changeable by user during the PO creation for a certain company code(e.g. 5130). As a result, for all other company codes, this PO field will always be display only but for the company 5130, user can modify it. Is this possible by using user exit or BAdI? If yes, which user exit or BAdI can do so?

in BADI ME_PROCES_PO_CUST there are methots for changing the field settings:

FIELDSELECTION_HEADER_REFKEYS, FIELDSELECTION_HEADER, FIELDSELECTION_ITEM_REFKEYS, FIELDSELECTION_ITEM.
