One of our client wants to implement dubai payroll. Please anyone can tell me about what kind of deduction are there, how much percentage and what are the conditions.

other than that you will need to explicitly ask the core team for company specific calculations.

There are statutory and company specific deductions that are there,

Statutory deductions are social security or PF kind of deductions which may vary according the labour law in the middle east.

There are two parts to it , one is employee contribution and one is employer contribution .

Further more there are annual leave and end of service benefits for which you will need to do accruals in the payroll.
