Could not create DC of type "Enterprise Portal"

We are trying to create Development compontnt of type "Enterprise Portal" in a track defined in JDI.

Eventhough we selected the DC type as "Enterprise Portal"

it gives an error "Component Type Required" in the "New Development Component Project" Wizard. Any idea how to solve this problem?.

Hello,

"Enterprise Portal" is only the category, there are different sub types (like "Portal Application Module" etc).

Only those are valid component types.

Please try again, but expand the "Enterprise Portal" node and select one of the sub types.

You are right. but we dont get to see those options under SAP Enterprise portal in NWDS 2.0.8. We have upgraded to 2.0.9 and we could see them now. The problem solved.
