Hello,
I apologize in advance as this is non-SAP related.
A couple questions please. Some web apps that use https allow you to delete the 's' and the connection stays in http all the way even after you enter your user ID and password and log in. Some others automatically go back to https even after you remove the 's' or give you an error. Is the first scenario bad programming and security (due to clear text). If so, where/how do you close that hole? What needs to be reconfigured? What is the technical jargon (i.e ports, files..etc)?
Thanks much,

i think you have to configure it at web dispatcher or some other load balancer.
it has nothing to do with programming.
