.NET server is not running

Hi

I've deployed these two files via the Software Deployment Manager:

com.sap.portal.dotnet.services.systems

com.sap.portal.dotnet.framework

I needed those files to run a portalcomponent developed in VS .NET 2003, but when I want to preview my Iview in the portal I get this message:

".NET server is not running"

What do I need to do to get this server running??
