WEBAS Installation problem on HPUX 11.11

Hi ,

I am running the sapinst present in the "/usr/sap/CD/51030191_NW04_Installation_Master_Oracle/IM2/SAPINST/UNIX/HP11_64" but when i am running that i am getting this error output .

I have made all the settings on my hP-ux machine according to install guides and os dependency guides for UNIX . Please help me to come out of this error
