Upgrade to v 7.5 SP5 MS

Hi Experts,

We want to install the latest service pack 5 of BPC v 7.5 for MS (we currently have three web/application servers running v7.5 SP4 MS) and I wanted to know if it is best to un-install BPC 7.5 SP4 from the servers and perform a complete new install of 7.5 SP5 or upgrade using 7.5 SP5. Can you please clarify ?
