Agentry WPF Client Displaying blank screen

I deployed the Standard Service Manager 4.2 Application in my local development SMP Server. It got deployed successfully.

When I tried to login through the Agentry WPF Client the user it is showing a blank screen.

Kindly suggest what could be the reason for this, and what could be done to get it sorted.

I am new to Service Manager Application.

Kindly reply.

The screen looks like the standard Service manager screen. Are you sure your user has orders assigned?

Hi Bill,

Service order is not assigned to the user. But still the standard screen should be displayed in the device without any service order right?

Does this effect the screen?

If there are no service orders assigned, then nothing will be displayed. The screen shot matches what I would expect to see if no orders are assigned.
