EC85/EC86 - Disconnection Reason

Dear Experts,

In SPRO - SAP Utitlities - Customer Service - Process Execution - Disconnection/Reconnection - Define processing variants for disconnection documents, how can I add disconnection reasons other than those provided by SAP and display the new reasons on transaction EC85.

Hi Malini,

There is no T-table which stores the disconnection reasons.

These are SAP preconfigured values which are maintained under the domain "DISCREASON".

For adding new discconection reasons, you need to go to SE11 .

Give Domain name as "DISCREASON" and click on change. and then you will be able to add the new reasons.

You should have a developer access for incorporating these change activity.

Dear All,

I do not have the developer key to add entries to the table. I have used user-exit EXIT_SAPLEDCN_002 to perfomr a validation and display the default error message regarding authorization, is it possible to change this error message.
