QM01 Transcation

Hi All,

We have an issue where We use MB51 for reporting scrap,but lot of transcations are missing from QM01.They are not reflecting in the report.Any ideas on this whats making it to go wrong.

Check the movement type 555 (GI scrapping blocked) at transaction MB51

Hi Balu,

1. Kindly sure you have carried out material movement through quality notification action box, then only MB51 gets updated.

2. For the missing entries which you have pointed out, please check in QM02 whether you have carried out movement or not.

3. If movement is done then the option (either transfer to block or unrestricted, scrap) in action box grays out.

In case of stock deficit, system creates notification without material movement. Check this possibility also.
