ECP with on premise PI

Hi,

We have the need to connect our on-Premise PI system to the ECP cloud system. I know we need to setup a VPN from our network to the ECP network primarily for SAP GUI use, but in the SAP documentation is states that RFC will be allowed via a SAP Router once the VPN is established.

My question is whether we can create Abap proxies on ECP, which of course will use HTTP. Will this be possible once the VPN is established?
