Under personalization (in top right corner ) set up your e-mail transfer for Microsoft Outlook. To do that choose option

Set Up E-Mail Transfer.

Hi,

In WebUI the Email Inbox shows the content of Ms Outlook inbox, from there you can transfer those emails to CRM if required.

Hello Marry,

your issue is that behind this standard workcenter "INBOX" SAP developed something which does not meet your requirement - is this correct?

If yes with webclient UI there is an easy way to exchange the logical link behind each workcenter.

Please check first what businessrole you are using.

In the customizing of this businessrole a navigationbar profile is assigned.

The navigationbar profile contains all entries / links - also you link "INBOX".

You will be able to change there the target logical link for INBOX to whatever you need.

I hope this helps a bit?

Kind regards

Manfred

Hi marrysap

Business Workplace is not supported in WebClient UI.

May be you can use the transaction launcher, and launch the ITS transaction for the Business Workplace. But the solution is not nice.
