Sale Order issue

Hi SAP Experts,

I have a Issue in our production System.

User Has created a Order with few line items, but due to some reasons has Deleted Line item 30 before Saving the Order.

Now The Order is saved without line item 30 ,but line item 30 is been shown in the Incompleteion log.

If we Enter line 30 ,freshly it's not accepting nor the Incompletion Log is being deleted by V.02.

Could you help me if you have a solution?
