Where can I find PDK for EP6 SP9 ??
Or can I install PDK SP6 over EP6 SP9???

at the moment, you need to install a PDK SP6 and apply the patch (a .par to upload).

You need to install the "Portal Development Kit 6.0 SP9 Patch" after installing the SP6 version.
