Dear Experts i have a few doubts on order management

1.when we save a sales order what is the background process takes place?

2.In sales order what fields are mandotory?

3.When we raise a sales order what fields gets filled by default?

1. It depends on your configuration. Normally, once you create a sale order, the material requirements will be passed on to Purchase / Production people and order value will be passed on to FI for credit check.

2. Sold To Party, Ship To Party, Material Code, Quantity, Shipping Point etc.,

3. It depends on your configuration.

In fact, what I would request you is that before posting such question, first make an attempt, try on your own, see what data is flowing automatically, what fields are set to mandatory so that you will find yourself the answer.
