Phase Confirmation in process order

Dear All,

I am going to reverse a phase in which goods reciept done but at a time of phase reversal through transaction code CORS system giving me a error message like " Deficit of BA St. in QI prev. 7,167 EA : 600003807 1001 1601 A010168"

But i go for check a stock in MMBE so stock is available in Plant S.loc & Batch Combination also in quality inspection

Then why system is giving me a such kind of Error message
