I have installed BPC client 7.5 SP 5 patch 5. On Excel Planning and consolidaiton tab is missing.
When I check Excel Options Add-ins menu "Planning and Consolidation " is under Inactive Apllications. When I try to activate with COM Add-ins I receive the message " This add-in is installed for all users on this computer, and can only be connected or disconnected by an administrator" and cannot activate it.

Can you check whether BPC Add in is disabled in Excel?
Excel main Menu > Options > Add-ins > Manage > Disabled Items, if BPC is disabled, please enable it.

You need to login to the system using an ADMIN ID and then activate this addin.
