PS scenarion without PP

Dear Experts,

Currently we have Customer Type Project with PS, PP, FI, CO, SD, MM Modules. Out of 5 modules MM & FI is Golive done.

PS Scenarion with PP Moduel :- Aircraft manufacturing Company is selling aircraft as customer requiement.

Maximum capacity of manufacturing aircraft :- 20 Qty in One year. Material is always avalible in stock.

Aircraft Enquiry is captured in SD & Milestones are assign to SD.

Now parallaly, user is creating Project upto Third level WSB element

1. Level :- Project definetion

2. Level :- Finish Aircraft

3.Level :- Base craft

Base Aircraft :- It containts all raw materials require to make skeleton i.e. Base aircraft.

Finish Aircraft :- It contains materails with customer requirement like AC, carpet in Plane, AC, Seat type, Seat Cover, Television, Music System. This cusomer specific material mounted in Base Aircraft.

Now this all materail will assign to WBS>Network>Internal Activity --->Materail -->Reservation created ->MRP Run> Production order and all PP part

Now current PS scenario is integrated with PP since all material is going for producton order and all.

But now custmer is saying we don't want to use PP Module.

So can any one help me how the same scenario can map without PP.

Please help me.

please refer sap help on material planning in project where it talks about planning FG with negative quantity.

In addition to what Abdul has said, why dont you refer the scenario of Assembly Processing in PS? Might be helpful. Just search the forum or the internet and you will find links that talk about this topic.
