E-REc: Error in Candidate Data Overview

Hi All,

When am opening the candidate 'print preview' - Data overview for Candidate is not opening. we are getting this error only for one candidate in production, rest for all the candidates - data overview is opening fine. SAP print settings aare also fine.

Error is: Error when generating the form for the data overview.

Any one can share their valuable suggessions.

Hello Asha,

But SLG1 just shows which errors happened in your system - it doesn't give you an input which objects exist. Have you checked HRP1000/HRP1001?

Sorry, but I am cnfused now. I thought the org.unit is not existing in your system but now you say the ID is there. In which tables or transactions do you see it?

Hello Asha,

If you have a standalone E-Recruiting system you can transport that org.unit ID from HR. Btw, in which error do you run if you want to create that again in PPOME?

Yes, we have the standalone system.

But the same Org unit is not existing in Hr system also.

Org Unit is already showing Id as 70018631...so we cant create this by giving the ID 70018631...

Correct me if am wrong....

Hi,

In that case it would be the best and fastest to create that org. unit there too (if it is only happening for that one particular candidate).

Other than, this can you suggest another solution. Bcoz this Org ID cannot be maintained by giving Ex: 7001863...

Has the candidate a position assignment where the organizational unit (70018681) is not existing in your E-Recruiting system?

Please look at SLG1 if you get further error information what is happening when you call the data overview of this particular candidate.

In SLG1, am getting the message as 'Invalid PD Object has the ID 70018681'

Error occured in porgram CL_HRRCF_OI_ORGUNIT

Business partner doesnot exist

*Candidate profile is released .

Hi Asha,

V_T5F99OCFT and you have to Change the Setting for Form type from PDF (PDF based form) to SSC (SAP script) for all forms, then System will generate the Forms in SAP Script.

I Suggest to Use Standard Forms for All the Reports, It'll easy for Clients when ever there is Change in the Form. SAP Will release the Changes through SAP Note, Will have Less Maintenance Activities.

Hi,

V_T5F99OCFT , we already acivated the Candidate data overview form in this table.

Now we are getting this problem only for ONE CANDIDATE - released candidate, for locked candidates also we can able to view the data overivew.

Goto sm30

table:v_t5f99ocft.

there u should have HR_DE_EHAK form type SSC.Hope you are using ADOBE.

You can add as many forms as possible here.
