Process order settlement

Dear All,

We are into process industry.

Still we have not run settlement process. Every month we are doing TECO and DLV of all the process orders .

Now we are planning to run process order settlement process. For that I have run the KKS1 - variance calculation (Test run).

Now variance calculated for all the process order till date (which are TECO and DLV). We required to settle only those process order which are created

in new financial year i.e. after 1st April, 2011.

Because If variance is very high in old process order.

Thanks in advance,

Nirav

Hi Nirav

You have 2 choices

a. Use Se38 - Program RKO7CO88... Using this you can specify which Orders to settle

b. Update settlement profile 90 in all old Process orders using CoR2 or LSMW....

This will not call the orders for settlement

Dear Ajay,

Thanks for your reply.

I am new to CO. Can you just brief in COR2 where to made change related to settlement profile.

I have checked in COR2 -> Header ->Settlement Rule. But no information find related to settlement profile.

We are using PI01.

Is there any table where we can make this changes ?

Thanking you once again,

Nirav

Hi

COR2 - Header - Settement rules

Screen will change

Now using the menu options go to Details OR Settlement parameters.. You can change the Settle Profile

Dear Ajay,

Thanks.

I am able to change the profile. But after that when I try to exit from the screen system throws the following error/message :

1 Receiver categ. MAT is not allowed by settlement prof. 000090 for this sender

2. Maximum number of 0 rules reached

3. Rules exist, but set. prof. 000090 states no settmt of act.costs/cost of sales

First two are Errors and last one is message with yellow mark.

Thanks and Regards,

Nirav

Hi

Error 1: Go to OKO7 - Allow Settlement receiver MAT in Settlement Profile 90... Or make a Copy of 90 as Z90 and allow MAT in it

Error 2: Go to OKO7and allow max no of dist rules as 999

Ignore the warning msg
