Custom login module EP6.0 SP2: "Missing handler"

Hallo,

I'm developing custom login module on EP6.0 SP2. When I'm trying to login to portal, I'm still getting message:

"Unknown message (ID = Logon failed, missing handler)" on logon screen. I'm sure, that this logon screen (<frontendtarget>com.sap.portal.runtime.logon.certlogon</frontendtarget>) provides callback handler. I even cannot locate (in code) where the exception raise. I think its outside the code written by me (outside definition of my login module).

PS: even login() method do not start..
