How to generate XSD or DTD from IDOC (custom)

Hello -

Is anyone aware of how to generate either a DTD or XSD representation of an SAP IDOC? The idoc could be a standard SAP Idoc as found on the IFR http://ifr.sap.com/

but I'm more interested in custom or customer specific IDOCS (Z or Y idocs). I found this link but this is for representing an IDOC structures and values in XML syntax.

http://ifr.sap.com/home/Documents/ABAP_Serialization.htm

Thanks james

I also wanted to add... I want to do this with the assumption I do not have access to an SAP XI system for an easy solution of importing the IDOC interface from R/3 to XI and exporting the DTD/XSD to some other system.

    thanks james
