ME 2.1 on Windows CE.NET?

Hi,

in the product availability matrix for ME 2.1 I couldn't find Windwos CE.NET as a supported OS. Does anyone know if this OS is supported and what enhancements are necessary (e.g. Creme) to run ME Client 2.1?

Or is there a list of hand-held scanners supporting ME 2.1?

Thanks for help,

Matthias

    Hi Matthias,

    The PocketPC 2002 or Windows Mobile 2003, Windows CE.NET are all based on different versions of Windows CE Operating System.

    Chk out the following link::::

    I take an example of a CrEme file from the Me 2.1 CD.

    CrEme324_ARM_CE4x_HPC_minimal.

    It is implied that the CrEme file is for CE 4.X Version based Handheld PocketPC running on an ARM Processor.

    As you might have noticed, the list of supported PDA/handheld manufacturers is also given in the PAM.

    Hope it helps

    Regards
