Shopping cart not in requestor and buyer queue

Shopping cart was approved by buyer but it's not under requestor queue.

could any one help on this issue?

We are SRM 5.0 version.

Is your cart was approved but not in the cockpit ?

Did follow on document created for that shopping cart?

or

if the cart is ERROR IN PROCESS status, then requester can not not see his cart only administarator can see his/ her cart ion the monitoring shopping cart ?

Hi,

Please ensure the product categor is set for sourcing in the SPRO settings: Define Sourcing for Product Categories and also please check if the BADI BBP_SRC_DETERMINE is active. This can interfer with this also.
