How do I activate the links in common tasks? I want to have the link "Create Change Request" in the Change Management screen.
In one of my systems it is there but not in the other.
I have checked the authorisations of the user but they are the same - what is missing?
Gave up on this one and created a copy of a working system to overwrite the one that wasn't working as expected - hammer to crack a nut but I saw no alternative.

I believe this is typically handled by adding the required transaction/link in the Role Menu for the Workcenter Role.
Note, there are some sections which are hard coded in the work center dynpros, and others which can be manipulated using the menu of the Workcenter Role.
