Hi All,
we use XI 3.0 with the central Adapter Engine. We are able to receive messages. They are received by the central Adapter Engine and sent correctly to the Integration Engine. Also the mapping and routing works fine. Unfortunately the sending step does not work. After determining the correct communication channel, the message fails with the following error:

503 - Service Unavailable
The requested application, AFW, is currently unavailable.

It doesn't matter which adapter I use, the error occurs all the time.
I think we still have some configuration problems but I don't know where.
All RFC-Destinations pass the connection test without problems.
The J2EE Services related to the AFW are up and running.
So any suggestions are appreciated?
Regards,
Marc
Hi,
did you also check the the SAP XI 3.0 install documentation again, e.g. there are steps in the Visual Admin to do and there you can see if the xi components are deployed ok, e.g. the AF.
May be that helps.
Stefan
