Hello.
My company have never had any experience whatsoever with SAP, but we consider it.
We have numerous old legacy systems, as well as some newly developed SOA-designed routines (e.g. some web-services).
The question is:
Is it possible to start with Netveawer before we go on implementing other SAP modules, and build customer 'desktops' in Netveawer containing services that we allready have (web-services, gui-programs, web-programs a.s.o.), or does Netveawer require SAP-services?

Hello,
of course you can. With NetWeaver you get pure Technology, without the applications. This means that to your endusers an initial installation is not very usefull - but to developers absolutely.
And yes, integration of your services into NetWeaver is intended and possible(as far as this can be told without knowing details).
This is a big difference to the old SAP world you might have in mind or will find if talking to any experts that know our old systems.
Regards,
Benny
