"iView is not compatible"

Hi,

I have created a URL iView which I am using as a frontend target of my authscheme configured for EP 6.0 SP7. This iView should redirect me incase there is an error in the user login.

When I access the EP without some pre-defined headers I am correctly redirected to the intended URL.

Later on after successful login (initially), when I remove the headers from a browser session and then try to access the EP I am shown the following error:

"iView is not compatible with your browser, operating system or device. Contact your system administrator."

Could some one tell me what's happening? Couldn't find any info the the WAS or EP logs.

    I remember this message appear to me once, when I first logon into portal after installing it, and that because of my IE browser version which was outdated(the version coming with Windows 2000 Server sp4). I've updated the IE browser to version 6 sp1 and thats how it worked.

      Hi,

      One on my custom ISAPI extensions on IIS 6.0 was changing the User-Agent header to USER_AGENT, thus causing the SAP IIS Proxy to unrecognise it.

      Corrected the bahaviour in the extension. Its working fine now.
