Cancel/Close button is missing in parameters wnd of CR

Hello

I installed

CRRuntime_32bit_13_0.msi

CRforVS_13_0

CrystalReportsForVisualStudio.msi

i buit web page which use

<CR:CrystalReportViewer ID="CrystalReportViewer1" runat="server" BestFitPage="False"

ToolPanelView="None" AutoDataBind="False" HasCrystalLogo="False" HasRefreshButton="True" Width="100%" Height="600px"/>

however i miss Close/Cancel button or [x] for all parameters popup windows. This mean i never can cancel such a window and shoul fill all required data and press OK. this is the only option to close parameters window.

what should i do to get those cancel/close buttons on parameters popup window
