Down payment in FBB1

Hi,

when I am trying to post down payment in FBB1 T.code, there is no provision to enter special GL indicator and i am getting below error message.

Special G/L indicator not defined or incorrect

Message no. F5838

I understand that it is not possible to post down payments in FBB1, may I know is there any SAP note which explains this behaviour or is it possible to post down payment in FBB1 / F-05.
