Transaction to see other user's inbox

Hi

Sometimes we need to check all the items in a user's inbox (WF and documents). I have found a transaction to delete all items in a user's inbox, but I don't want that. Also, I am aware of swi5, but this is only for workitems, not documents.

As none of these transaction fit my need for a total analysis: Is there a transaction that allows me to check the user's inbox without having to log on as the end user?

Hi,

By using Tcode SWI5 you see the workload of a perticular user.

Use transaction SOY5 to see the no of documents of the any user in the SAP system.

Remember you can only see the no. of document present in his/her inbox, you can not view the documents.

Thanks guys. This helped a lot. I really only need to see if the user has adny documents, so SOY5 will do.

HI,

Iam not very much sure about is tehre any satandard txn ..but you have a function module where in you get his entire inbox workitems. SAP_WAPI_CREATE_WORKLIST.

Create a custom report to accept user name as input ans pass the username to the above FM.
