After TO is created , if the warehouse worker finds that he can't puaway the received quantity in that particular bin ?
Can we change storage bin after TO Creation and before TO Confirmation?

Storage bin can be changed during TO confirmation however, the storage type must permit this in the configuration. Keep in mind that only storage bin can be changed and you cannot change the storage type.

In the definition of storage type.
IMG -> WM -> master data -> define storage type
Mark 'dest bin' in the putaway section as '1'.
