Hide redundant links to forms

On every iView which display a from (which was created by Forms Builder) there are links to all the other projects. i.e. an author of the "News" form can click a link name "New FAQ's". I would like to delete all those redundant links.

I was looking on help at http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/8d/2813418366f023e10000000a155106/content.htm and it directed me to: Content Management > Form-Based Publishing > Forms Availability > Folder Settings. I don't find, on my portal, this path (there is nothing under "Form-Based Publishing").

1. Is it en error on the help document, or on my portal?

2. Where can I eliminate those redundant links?
